15 acres to hike and explore. There is a lot of wildlife to see. Deer are usually in plain sight but very well camouflaged. Squirrels, rabbits and more to view. Lots of trees and open areas. Also a babbling creek you can walk beside and even relax listening to the creek trickle and run. Very relaxing. Keep in mind this is roughing it.
