Convenient stop for the night and get a hot shower - only a easy mile a half from I-20 exit 173 ( Eastaboga - Talladega Superspeedway Exit ) also a good base camp to see Cheaha State Park - bike at Coldwater Mountain- see the Talladega Superspeedway- or other area Activities - I reserve one RV site and two tent sites for hipcamp and rent the other five RV sites at the top of hill on a monthly basis - these hipcamp sites are wooded, shady with woods between the other sites to give some privacy while still not far from the unique showers made from the old chicken house feed bins -these showers are very functional and I have been complimented that they are the best showers on the east coast

RV Site 1 - full hookup

The grass had been cut and the leaves blown away from RV site 1 for our stay Sunday, March 31, 2024. It is a private site. We did have to use leveling blocks because the site is not level. We always appreciate FHU sites, laundry facilities, and no bright lights at night. We are assuming that most of the other sites are permanents. These sites could use some cleanup. Unfortunately, the individual in site two had a dog that braked at everything that moved. For several nights stay, this small campground does meet your needs.

RV Site 1 - full hookup

A gem in the woods.

Very small campground with several permanent or monthly tenants. Site one was excellent, very quiet and everyone seemed friendly and safe. Site was clean, but not very level. We would stay there again without any second thoughts. It was hasslefree and all done electronically.

RV Site 1 - full hookup

Beautiful landscape and skyline. Very convenient off interstate. Enjoyed the firepit before getting a peaceful night's sleep

Tent Site 2 - 120 volt power

Everything was very nice. The host was very friendly and inviting. The site was clean and quiet. . The rest rooms and shower were very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to tent campers.

RV Site 1 - full hookup

Site #1 was conveniently located to shower and isolated from other sites. Some leveling required. FHU all performed as expected. Little trails behind in the woods. Site is up on top of the hill.
