We bought this property in 2005 and have worked to maximize our space. We created the blueberry field in the midst of the pandemic. We cleared an entire field, burned off debris, and planted 45 blueberry bushes that are prospering next to the tranquil creek. Learn more about this land: Welcome to Brookforest Acres! Our home sits on 6 acres about 1.5 miles from the interstate and includes a pond, waterfall, and a large saltwater pool with natural and calming landscaping. It is a tranquil retreat close to the city and shopping. .On our property, we have several features that are yours to use during your stay. You have access to the 38’ fiberglass saltwater pool, a large fire pit in the middle of the property, a firepit in the clearing below the blueberry field, and our gym equipment in the barn including a Sole elliptical, Diamondback upright stationary bike, 45lb Olympic straight bar with bench for lifting, bumper plates – 45, 35, 15, 10, 2.5 x 4, dumbbells – 50, 40, 30, 25, and 15, heavy bag and speed bag.Welcome to Brookforest Acres! Our home sits on 6 acres about 1.5 miles from the interstate and includes a pond, waterfall, and a large saltwater pool with natural and calming landscaping. You will be staying on our parking pad overlooking our pond and blueberry field. It is a tranquil retreat close to the city and shopping. .On our property, we have several features that are yours to use during your stay. We have an outdoor toilet and shower on the back deck of our home. Both are about 375 feet (less than a two-minute walk) from our barn and 680 feet (3.5-minute walk) from the creek by the blueberry field. You have access to the 38’ fiberglass saltwater pool, our waterfall with a small fire pit just off the driveway, a larger fire pit in the middle of the property, a firepit in the clearing below the blueberry field, and our gym equipment in the barn including a Sole treadmill, Sole elliptical, Diamondback upright stationary bike, 45lb Olympic straight bar with bench for lifting, bumper plates – 45, 35, 15, 10, 2.5 x 4, dumbbells – 50, 40, 30, 25, and 15, heavy bag and speed bag. To access the pool, walk toward the house and turn left before you reach our front steps. Go through the gate and you will find the pool. If you need towels, you can find those on the deck in the square brown outdoor boxes. There are also floats in the closet located under the walkway on the pool deck.

We had a wonderful stay on Cynthia’s land! It was quiet and peaceful, a beautiful area so close to the city for us to get to a family event. It was pretty clear how things worked and where to set up, they were very friendly and offered to help us with anything we may need. Went for a swim in the pool which was amazing and so relaxing to do after so much driving.

Brookforest was a gem! Cynthia has everything you could want! Nice flat pad, water, electric, a cute pond and creek, open green play spaces. On top of that a beautiful pool, work out room, shower and restroom! You definitely do not find many camping spots like this! Also a very quite area but close to stores and restaurants? Thanks Cynthia!

Great property

Great spot. We tent camped here for a night and they had perfect spots to set it up. They have a water supply and extension cord. It's a very nice property, peaceful, and a huge fire pit. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Nice spot to stay

A good place to stay overnight on our way north from New Orleans to the Smoky Mountains. Safe, solid, flat, gravel spot for our camper van with water and electric hookups. Good view of a little pond, ringed by trees. Easy to find using Apple Maps. Real nice little overnight spot for us. Nice host, too!

Great spot!

Great property! Very quiet and secluded yet close to everything!! Cynthia and Chris are wonderful hosts and we had a great stay in our travel trailer. The fire pit was very nice and the pool quite refreshing! Will stay again when in the area!
