Paradiso Perduto
Dale was nice, and the property was private… but the title “paradiso” didn’t really resonate with us. Only about 150 ft of the 5 acres was smooth enough to pull a trailer on. It was more of a bumpy gravel pit with unmowed cheat grass, and a lot of junk piles (old camp trailer, dozens of old pallets, rolls of old wire fencing, burn barrel, etc). There would have to be quite a bit of cleanup, grading and mowing for us to return.
Paradiso Perduto
Attentive host, very private location, land was a bit uneven for tents. Overall decent place.

Dale was a very gracious host! Helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what it had to offer. The location is great being very close to town and offers a nice trail to walk on. Very peaceful.

Wide Open Land Close to Town
Dale's place is open land, within 5 min. Of central Prosser. It is not labeled with an address but it isn't hard to find. He is very helpful, meeting me so I could follow him to his place, even showed me the best places to watch the hot air baloon festival. It would be best to have a vehical with good clearance, as his land is pretty prmitive.
