Come enjoy Warren Ferry Landing, our expansive and shaded property just steps from the James River! Our property boasts 400+ feet of river frontage for you to enjoy and you can swim, fish, or even launch a canoe directly from our sites. About the property Our property is located adjacent to the historic Warren Ferry crossing of the James River. This is one of two historic ferry crossings near Scottsville, VA! The other, Hatton Ferry, is located a little bit down river from this location. Our property is only 8 miles from Scottsville so if you need to pop into town for something you forgot it is quite easy. There are many other activities that you can partake in nearby or on our property. There is fishing, swimming, hiking, and kayaking all within easy reach of our property. We do not live onsite but we aim to be easily reachable over the phone or text. If you have any questions before or during your stay please don’t hesitate to reach out. Keep in mind that during the night it is possible to hear some train activity from across the river.

Warren Ferry Landing - Tent Camping
Beautiful site; tons of space for our dogs to run around and swim. Host was communicative and directions were easy to follow. Cabin was empty, so we had the place to ourselves, but could be awkward to use the bathroom if there are other guests, as you have to go through their site to get to the outhouse. Other than that, the place was perfect and our dogs loved it! Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Warren Landing. Beautiful view of the river and the grounds were very well maintained and not overgrown. We will definitely be back!

I loved both the views and the fire pit set up. The views were stunning! Would recommend if you want a relaxing spot.

Great camp site! Right next to the river, lots of open space. Host was very responsive and provided helpful information. Great spot for big groups, lots of local things to check out!

Warren Ferry Landing - Tent Camping
car got stuck seconds into getting
drove 6 hours and our car got stuck the second we got there. we spent 3 hours trying to get it out and had to pay 100 dollars for a tow truck. When speaking to the tow truck company, they had said that many other cars have also gotten stuck in this campsite too, even jeep wranglers. We tried to give the campsite a try but ended up booking a hotel instead of staying the night as the whole ground was covered in wet mud and the out house was covered in toilet paper shreds from an animal that managed to get in. JJ gave us a refund without us asking which was very nice but honestly not the greatest experience.

Warren Ferry Landing - Tent Camping
Fantastic place to take a small camper, under 22ft. Site was clean and spacious. We went in the winter, late February, and it was amazing. Great getaway, will reserve for later in the year for a second trip.
