Our home was built in the 1860 and is now on three acres in the City of Brownsville TN. Learn more about this land: Park your RV in a shaded pecan grove, just minutes off I-40 between Jackson and Memphis TN. Enjoy your privacy and feel free to build a fire, use the playground, swim in the salt water pool, cook a pizza in the wood fired oven and relax on one of three porches or swing in the pergola. Great Stay

Bob and Carla were great hosts! They met me with cookies and smiles, helped me get my fire going, and even helped me with some ice when I asked (even though that was above and beyond). The site was quiet and well kept.

Nice backyard with fruit trees place to stay. Secluded from nieghbors. Bob was super patient with me trying to get to the spot correctly. Then I was blessed with the internet famous cookies. Yummy

Fun spot with great hosts

I had a great stay at Bob and his wife 's property, which felt very private and was quiet for it's location. They were so friendly and greeted me upon arrival! Very easy check in. As others have said, you are warmly welcomed with home-baked cookies, such a nice touch. Bob helped me use the wood fired pizza oven and was more than happy to help make my stay comfortable. I would definitely return if I were in the area again!

I had a wonderful stay at this facility. They brought me out some very warm and delicious cookies. They’re very hospitable. Overall was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
