Waterfall
This was our very first experience with Hipcamp and it was terrific! The site was beautiful and secluded with a peaceful waterfall as a background. Barbara was very helpful as we were planning our first trip with a travel trailer. We really appreciated it!

Really Loud Dogs at All Times
Barbara was very nice and welcoming, I can't say enough good things about her. She welcomed us when we got there, explained where things were, and then didn't intrude.
The smaller issues include it being a very steep gravel driveway, a little scary going up when it's wet so I'd say a four wheel drive car would be preferred. The sunflower site is a hike to the bathroom and shower, down a large hill.
The biggest issue, outside of the owners control, is the neighbors dogs. They have probably 5 hound dogs that bark loudly and consistently at all hours of the day or night. You will not get peaceful rest here if barking bothers you. Again it's not her fault but it's something to be aware of.

Stop looking and BOOK!
Beautiful property!! Barbara came down to greet us and even helped with putting our tents up. She gave us information on where to find things, location for hikes & the location to find her for questions or if we needed to borrow anything. After that she let us be. Only downside was the dock being under construction. Very peaceful and no trouble with wildlife. Hardly any insects around even with us being right by the pond. I will definitely be back to explore more. Thank you Barbara for being so kind!!
