10) Adventure Basecamp 5 (Back In)
Not sure who loved camping here more, the dogs or us! Nice and quiet, great location, level sites, wi-fi. The meadow area with the stream running through it was a great place to hang out. Nick and Tja are great hosts and gave us great local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Tidy, new, clean facility
I really liked this place. It is new, tidy, and clean. For us, the location was great. Short distance from Wayah Bald, Siler Bald, Wesser Bald, and the NOC. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Explorers out here looking for a wonderful place to stay, a true gem all the way around
Been here 3 days and it’s time to leave this Beautiful place, leaving with gratitude, peacefulness, happiness, and the feeling of being revived after such a relaxing time , relaxing stay and meeting really good people.
this place was a true blessing and meeting both Tja and Nick the owners who operate this beautiful place, are the most wonderful host, their kindness, hospitality and ability to make sure you are comfortable, you have what you need at all times , and not just that, but they make you feel like your home away from home . Its important to feel comfortable, cared about, that you’re not just another individual/number camping but they make you feel like family .
Tja was very informative with places to go which helped us . As you know when you go places you have never been it’s nice to know what the hot spots are and what you can do so Tja made things a lot easier in finding fun and things to try .
So you not only have wonderful host but a Beautiful place .
Let’s talk about the grounds :
Absolutely Beautiful, well taken care of and the love they both put into this wonderful place is just astonishing.
Theirs a flowing creek/ river bed through the property, hammocks by the water, picnic tables for each site , and for tent campers they have a restroom . They have campers also you can stay in (Beautiful).

11) Adventure Basecamp 6 - Premium Camper
This is a beautiful piece of land minutes from Nantahala lake and far away from cities. Nicholas and Taj went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The trailer was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need plus some extras. The Blackstone grill was great for meals. The lake is quiet and lightly used, shore access is limited. The river seems like a fly fishing hotspot for the locals.

Blue Ridge Base Camp
Nicholas & Tja were Excellent hosts and the campground is beautiful and well maintained.
My only complaint was spotty WIFI. A few days prior to checking into the campground, there was a tornado which hit a nearby town knocking out the WIFI.
I will definitely return!!
