Nestled on the shoulder of Mount Cabot (4180'), this land has a stunning vista of the Connecticut River Valley, with Mt. Lafayette to the south and the Green Mountains to the west. Relax by the firepit as the sun blazes across the horizon, and return to our centerpole canvas tents on the hillside or orchard for a spacious night among the stars. You are welcome to wander along old logging roads through our sugarbush, and along trails throughout the remainder of the property (300+ ac. total) where there are numerous springs and creeks, mystical softwoods, expansive grassy fields, and a wild apple orchard. Moose, deer, and bear tracks are common, but animal encounters are not. Arrange a tour and syrup tasting at the Mount Cabot Maple saphouse to learn how we make unrivaled deliciousness from the forest around you. Campsites come equipped with a picnic table, solar lights, cooking grate and cast iron, 5 gallon jug of fresh mountain water, and a generous supply of firewood.

Beautiful place and views. We had plenty of water and firewood to get us through a couple nights. Morgan was a great host!

The Orchard at Mount Cabot Maple

We had a wonderful time ! The site was set up perfectly - nice picnic table, two grate options for cooking over fire, potable water, good sized fire pit, plenty of fire wood, stumps for sitting around the fire, & a larger canvas tent. We had a beautiful view of the orchards and mountains, nice breeze as well. Our pup really enjoyed the off leash policy and had the zoomies a good majority of the time. We saw turkeys on our arrival which was pretty cool. Morgan’s instructions are very helpful and accurate, the spot was easy to find and the solar lights were a nice touch. You won’t regret booking here, we’ve already discussed a return trip.

Gorgeous land, and peaceful tent. Morgan was a very kind host who was available and clear with the instructions/ directions . This camp site has everything you need. We can't wait to book a weekend here , our only regret was staying one night. Thanks Morgan !

So private!

So private!! This was a wonderful location. The canvas tent and wood were amazing. Our fur babies loved it, too! We want to go back and tour the maple farm.

Morgan’s land was everything we could have hoped for! The view from the tent was absolutely gorgeous and the land was well maintained. The convenience of having a tent set up after a long day was also a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful remote spot! Loved being surrounded by apple trees and the tent was very clean and cozy. Waking up to the fog across the orchard was so pretty
