Welcome to The Bullock Ranch. We are a 5 acre ranch with amazing views of The Owyhee Mountains. If you are looking for a quiet stay with beautiful mountain scenery and the best stargazing nights BOOK WITH US AND ENJOY YOUR STAY! Pets are welcome, and we love that so many of you bring then camping with you, but we have a strict policy that they must be kept on a leash at all times. Not all pets have seen or are comfortable around the horses, donkeys and chickens so we need to keep the animals that live on the ranch safe as well as keep your pet safe while being around them. The FIRE BAN is on, as our area is starting to dry out and cannot risk any fires. Propane fire pits are allowed. NO ATV'S OR DIRT BIKES ALLOWED at our Hipcamp. PLEASE CLICK ON THE PICTURES AND TAKE A LOOK AS THEY WILL HAVE PICTURES OF EACH CAMPSITE. Welcome to The Bullock Ranch in the heart of The Owyhee Canyonlands, we look forward to meeting you. We are a small 5 acre ranch located off Hwy 78 (45 mins from Downtown Boise) with many outdoor recreational activities nearby. We have 2 dogs named Breezy and Cinder who will greet you upon arrival and we have three horses named Clyde, Grease and Partner. Sancho is our wonderful friendly miniature donkey who will be begging for scratches and lots of attention. We also have free range chickens. We hope you book with us and enjoy your stay!! Here are some nearby attractions: Wilson Creek Trail Head for mountain biking and hiking, ATV access right from the campsites, Givens Hot Springs and CJ Strike Reservoir just a few minutes away. Spend a day up in Silver City and enjoy the old mining history, ATV access. The Owyhee County Historical Museum is 2 miles down the road and is amazing depository of history, a must see. Mountain View Motor Rentals in Murphy has ATV rentals available to enjoy. Take a short drive and try to catch a glimpse of the wild mustang herd nearby. Campsite Descriptions: We are only offering 2 sites at this time. We have a level tent site and a RV site with 30 amp electrical hook up. We do charge $5.00 a day for electrical hookup. Round about drive way for easy access of trailers. Campfires will be allowed except in the case of a burn ban. We will have 1 open fire pit at site #1 and 1 covered fire pit available for use at site #2. Please bring your own firewood. Refunds: We will set the refund policy for 100% up to 3 days prior to check in. Please do a check on the weather outlook at least 3 days before you arrive to see if the weather will be nice for at least part of your stay. If you cancel within 3 days before your arrival, I am sorry but the system won't provide a refund. If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your arrival

Loved this property and the hosts! Very chill vibe and awesome views. Horses and donkeys to pet and dogs to play with! So fun. Surrounding area has tons to offer- hiking, views, winery etc. highly recommend even if for 1 night. Super easy set up and directions. Hosts are readily available if needed. Book now promise it doesn’t disappoint! Happy travels ✌🏽

Super friendly host, to include all of their animals. My kids loved petting the horses and donkey as the chickens ran around. Site was easy to pull in/out, electric accessible with an extension cord, and great fire pit. Dan’s ferry is a 10min ride, gas station and market there. Although we didn’t bring UTVs, it’s right next to a UTV Mecca. Highly recommend.

The views were exquisite and Heidi and Erik were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Got to pet both horses and dogs which was medicine for the soul.

Great spot!

Fantastic spot! Easy to follow directions were provided, Heidi and Eric were very welcoming and tolerant of our crazy dogs, and the views were great. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

Heidi's place is great to stay at. She and her husband are the nicest people! My dogs had lots of fun chasing with hers. I really enjoyed time with her mini donkey. We hope to return in the spring.
