Flintstone Picnic Campground
Our family enjoyed staying at the Flintstone site! It was private and quiet. David and Lynn were hospitable and willing to help us anytime we needed it. Hearing about their time with the circus and seeing the theater was a treat on the last day before we left. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would look forward to visiting again when in town for events.

A slice of heaven. I'm so grateful that Lynn and David share their land to the few special people that stay weekly. From the old growth trees, to the lightening bug dance that happens nightly to the wonderful set up, from a very creative couple, I will go back to Gainsville just to stay on their amazing land. Hosts were welcoming, interesting and thoughtful in every thing they did. Can't say enough. If you want a quiet experience tucked away in the forest close to downtown Gainesville, and numerous parks and natural cool springs, this is the place. Even renting the main areas for a small wedding in the woods would be wonderful. A perfect spot.

Breathing room
Quiet! Hear the birdsong- no traffic sounds! Towering, arching oak views, with space to breathe between campsites. Lovely, peaceful - we will return!
