A little country in the city best describes our property. It has all the access points whether you want to go to Denver or Estes Park. It is close to downtown Main Street in Longmont, but offers a quiet, country setting with beautiful views. We do have a full plum orchard to the south, and recently started beekeeping to produce our own Colorado local honey. Along with a beautiful sunrise, guests may see hot air balloons launching to the south, sheep and horses to the north and east. The property used to house a saddle store. Because of this set up, it was a perfect environment to offer RV campers and trailers a private, safe and great place to stay. Learn more about this land: 2 sites offer a country setting with city convenience, grocery/gas, hospital in short distance. Every site has its own picnic table, fire pit (yes, you can have campfires), Free Wi-fi, RV 30 amp plug and level ground. Front range access within 20 minutes, 40 minutes from Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park. Seasonal access to ski resorts, trails and much more.  Property has full view of front range to the west. Minutes away from Union Reservoir to the east. Reservoir amenities include swim beach, dog beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, pontoon rentals & playground. Minutes away from Ute Creek Golf Course to the north.  When available, we offer fresh chicken eggs & U pick from our small Damson Plum orchard. Come say Hi to our chickens, and our two pups, Malla & Aspen. Wondering what else Longmont has to offer? Please visit: https://www.visitlongmont.org/ We are looking forward to your stay!

Great place to unwind!
Both Tim and Theresa went out of their way to make us comfortable. Relaxing at their little slice of country was exactly what we needed after 4 days of bad weather travel. The place is nice especially with having electric hookups. And Theresa even brought us out some of her chickens eggs to take with us. Would definitely stay again.

Little country oasis
Our overnight rv experience was outstanding on site 2. Nice level ground, 30 Amp plugs adjacent to the site, picnic table, firepit and wood. Teresa greeted us with flowers, which was a first for us. Super friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we'd absolutely stay again.

Country feel, City amenities!
Theresa was extremely welcoming and helpful for our entire stay. Our site was just what we needed to feel comfortable. Our site was perfectly level on dirt/gravel and our door opened to grass. We had 30 amp electric and there was a water hose to fill our tanks. There are dump site's fairly nearby if you needed to empty your tanks. This location is super close to anything and everything that you might need however it has a very country feel with free range birds and a turkey. We loved our stay at County Line Hobby Farm!
