The Ranch sits on 20 acres and is at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains. Vibrant green grass in the winter and spring after the rains and during summer and fall it can get very dry. Nearby is the Old Idyllwild Road where many people enjoy riding off road vehicles, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking on the dirt roads. None of these activities permitted on the property. When it is raining it can get very muddy and there is a high possibility you can get stuck in the mud if you do not have an AWD or 4WD. Very fun for off-roading.A short distance on a dirt road and camp with beautiful mountain view’s. Bring your bicycles or off road vehicles (not permitted to ride on the property) and enjoy many mountain dirt roads to explore. 45 min to 1 hour to Coachella/Stagecoach Music Festivals, Joshua Tree National Park, Idyllwild, Big Bear, and approx 35- 45 min to Palm Springs, Desert X, Desert Hot Springs, Aprox 25 minutes to Whitewater Preserve and the Pacific Crest Trail, just 15 min to the Cabazon Outlets, Morongo Casino, Lavender Festival, and Cherry Festival. During the summer months it can get very dry- no campfires and please be courteous when smoking. Snakes, bobcats, and coyotes are common so be cautious when walking or hiking in the area. During winter the dirt roads can get very muddy.

Hello, this host canceled on me last minute so I was never able to see another property.So I can't really give you a review of whether or not it was. Any good or not?Just disappointing at the house.Cancel cancel them last minute

Nightmare in Banning CA

Absolute nightmare. No address given.. found it finally on my own, and driving there in my van without 4x4 was deadly. Roads turned to dirt canyons and caverns. It got muddy fast. Got stuck trying to turn around and slid off into deep crevasse. I was stuck in a dangerous place. 911 call to Highway Patrol eventually got a very big tow truck. $350 later I found another, safer place for the night. Description is very inadequate and deceiving. She doesn't know what she's doing and you could find yourself stranded like me.
