Chuckwalla at Tribal Camp
Gorgeous night sky
We got there after dark but had no problem finding it with the specific directions Tammy gave us after we reserved spot. She met us and gave us a tour, allowing us to choose our site. We were the first campers and chose spot near restroom. There was a flush toilet and running sink water. Nice and clean. She showed us games and lawn chairs set up to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two other sets of campers arrived a few hours after us. We were spaced far enough apart there was no disturbance. Stayed up to gaze at the stars and didn't start a campfire, but there was a nice ring and chairs set up around it. Slept with the tent cover off so we could sleep under the stars. Woke up before sunrise and got to take it all in. Moved our vehicle to give us shade in our tent and slept a couple more hours. Truly a last minute get away that proved to be a beautiful 🌙 🌃 night under the stars.

Tammy is a great host and very communicative. We were only here for a short trip and visited Joshua Tree park and town which is very close by. We very much enjoyed meeting Miss Piggy!

I loved camping here. Tammy is super nice, and there are many little games and toys at the campgrounds, which is great if you do not bring any, like me. The bathroom is surprisingly nice. Two big thumbs up!!

Spam at Simply Camping
Tammy’s land is perfectly located — close to Joshua Tree, but far enough out in the desert that you can really enjoy the views and the quiet. Her sites were well managed, the toilet was clean, and miss piggy is the cutest pig I’ve ever seen. Tammy is herself was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if you needed her. Would definitely recommend this location for most campers.

Mojave at Trival Camp
Loved our stay at Tribal Camp. Tammy met us as we first arrived as it can be a little confusing to find. She greeted us and let us know we could choose any spot to set up camp as we were the only ones there that weekend. Unfortunately the wind made it so that we couldn’t have a fire. But the environment was so peaceful and we caught a lovely sunrise and sunset. The bathroom with flush toilet and sink is 👌🏽 Thanks for the hospitality Tammy!
