Campsite #11
This place is amazing! I would totally recommend it if you are willing to make the drive and want to be in a secluded wonderland in the redwoods. The only issue we had was that the sites were not very well marked and so there was confusion as to where people should camp. Once multiple parties arrived everyone basically played it as a first come first serve situation, which worked out okay but might not be everyone’s preference.

The organization of the sites was not well done. We had trouble finding our site, because their were no numbers of the sites. We did enjoy our time there, but many other groups were confused where to go. We sincerely appreciated the opportunity.

Not worth the $, but nice views
We had an okay experience. The property is beautiful, but campsites were not well-marked and the map of the campground that is provided is unclear. We ended up not being able to locate the designated site that we paid for, so we ended up sleeping in a flat area off to the side of the campground. The toilet was full in the outhouse and didn’t seem to have been maintained in a while, and the water in the pond attracted a lot of mosquitoes and was very dirty and the hammock and chairs set up on the little beach were nice, but overall I give this a 5/10. I was mildly disappointed by this Hipcamp experience.

This is a beautiful property with really friendly hosts! Daniel was extra helpful to us in moving our van which got stuck in the muddy road on the way up (note their warnings on the road and conditions after rain!) I would definitely visit again!
