#10 - Sunny Spot
Overfull portapotties, Construction
I wish we had known about the current construction from the website before we booked. When we arrived just after 5pm, construction was happening in the next site over. Construction continued until 7:45pm. Apparently bathrooms are being installed, which will be a huge improvement over the over-full porta potties currently available for campers. There is no hand sanitizer or hand washing station at the porta potties. It's a nice campground and will be a much nicer overall experience with bathrooms. We reached out to the campground hosts via the Hipcamp messaging system as that was apparently the only what to contact someone. I got a response to my first message, but not response to my second message days after sending it.
Again, it's a nice campground which will be much improved with better facilities. However, there should have been information about current construction on the website so we could have been better informed before our arrival. We were charged too much for the experience we had of construction late into the evening and over-full porta potties.

#10 - Sunny Spot
This was a nice sunny a private spot right near some hiking trails which led us to a beach and some nice views.
This place is a working farm but we weren't interrupted by any noise.
The directions were very clear, we had no problem finding it.
Would stay here again if in the area

#6 - Nice Big Spot
The site was nice and clean, near porta potties and water spigot. It looks like they’re doing some construction directly across from this site so the view isn’t that great but besides that, awesome site and quiet and tranquil at night.

Ok
This campground was ok. A sufficient place to stay for one night, but I agree with other reviews that say it’s over priced.

We’ve stayed at Jug Handle multiple times and always enjoy our stay. This was our first time staying at site 9. It felt nice and private!

Fun time camping at site 9: 10/10:)
Me and my friends had a great time at site 9 on Sarah’s land! Beautiful drive up there, very close to the beach, if you take a back trail you can get there with in 15 minutes on foot. 5 minute drive. We were closer to neighbors than expected but it went well regardless:). The thick trees helped block against a lot of the wind so even though it was really windy in town it wasn’t as bad at our site. We saw lots of turkeys at the camp site. They sell firewood for a good price but my friends and I were able to just use sticks and logs from fallen branches and use paper towels and card bored to make the fire instead. It worked well. Porta potties were stocked well with toilet paper but we brought some of our own to be safe. One of the porta potties by our site even had a hand washing station so that was nice:) Overall the land was beautiful and in a lovely costal town, we had a blast!(worth the price for the amount of fun we had:)
