We are a 20 acre tree farm in the making on beautiful Whidbey Island. The property is rough graded with lots of areas to explore. No water. Tons of fire wood to glean. Close to town for supplies but quiet and crazy stars at night. We have cleared two of the cedar groves on the south side, and they are perfect campsites. The sites are 75'-100' apart, more private than a state park, but close enough that a bigger group would feel close. Portable Toilet is on site 100' from the Big Cedar site. May through October Cedar Hallow- Our original campsite, sports a hammock, a picnic table, a fire pit, & good area for 2 tents, probably 6 people. The site has huge cedar trees all around so it's filtered sunlight most of the day, & warm in the summer! Big Cedar- Our bigger site. Equipped with a fire pit, a picnic table, hammock, and space for 3-4 tents, probably 12 people comfortably. There is a dirt road that circles the property, it's great for walks and animal viewing but can get muddy in the rain so be prepared. Parking is a gravel lot directly across the little dirt road from the sites. Unload at the site then move to parking as to not block the road. Trucks with campers can pull tight to a site but don't pull into a site please, obey standard fallen tree limb boundaries. The great wide open forest to the south allows for nice nature calls bathroom walks, go deep. Thanks

Big Cedar

Better than expected!

This site was so impressive for a hip camp!!! The site was big and well covered with trees for shade and privacy. It felt like some of our favorite state parks, but more private. Did not feel like we were on a farm or private property at all. Porta potty was serviced and clean. Hammock and fire pit were both nice, and Loved the solar lights. Very impressed and only wish we had stayed more than one night!!!

Beautiful spot — bring firewood

I would generally recommend the site. We (nor the guests in the campground next to us) could not find any of the "provided firewood". We figured out too late that if you text the host he will give you a vague idea of where to find it. 4/5 stars

Big Cedar

A lovely peaceful campground. The kids loved playing on the edge of the forest and relaxing in the hammock. The fire pit kept us nice and warm and the toilet was clean. We would stay here again if in the area.
