Site 10 - Bus Stop Camp Ground
A perfect place for camping, toilets and showers are clean and well-kept. The camping site is perfectly prepared. Fast and specific communication. All three of us are happy. I can easily recommend this place and I will definitely go back there.

Must stay campsite!!
One of the greatest camp sites I’ve ever stayed at! Such a great atmosphere with the bath houses feeling like the true vacation camping experience. The sites have everything you need and the self check in was very smooth. 10/10 recommend this campsite again

Site 8 - Bus Stop Camp Ground
True fine desert camping
The views were incredible at sunrise and sunset. The on site restroom and shower facilities were actually really nice considering one is out in the middle of the desert, and water is truly a luxury. Each site has a nice little fire pit and sink for washing dishes and clothes. The ground was typical hard rocky desert ground, so one may want to consider cots/elevated sleeping arrangements. Also, your typical stakes for tents are no match for the hard desert ground. David was kind enough to provide much sturdier stakes and a heavy duty hammer for each site as well. The price simply can't be beat, especially when comparing to other sites in the area.

The campsite was very neat and equipped with everything we needed in excellent condition. Having a fire pit area AND charcoal grill was a nice bonus. Bathhouse and showers were nice as well. A good experience!

Hidden Gem in Terilingua
The Bus Stop is one of the Best Hipcamps I’ve ever stayed at. It is a gem hidden in the desert of Terlingua. It’s is very clean, shower house is new and bathrooms are super nice:
It has all the amenities you would need and a fabulous host. David responded back quickly before my visit and during my visit came over to make sure I had everything I needed. He was great!
I will definitely be back! The Bis Stop made my trip very memorable.
