The field is perfect for tent camping, camper vans, campers, or even sleeping under the stars. This field is available for dry camping, meaning there is no water or sewage hookup and everything is pack in, pack out. There is a water hose within walking distance available to fill buckets or bottles as needed. A fire pit is also available for use. The property also has friendly pigs and goats that love attention. Short distance from back bays, ocean, trails, beaches and an incredible amount of tourist attractions the Cape May County area has to offer!Located in the southern most portion of the sandy New Jersey Pine Barrens, is the opportunity to have an affordable stay minutes from shore towns like Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods & Cape May! This is a partially cleared patch of land situated on the back of the property. Friendly goats on the property and love attention and snacks! The field is available for “dry camping”/pack in-pack out, and at the moment there is no water/toilet (besides the trees & woods). Provided fire pit. (Bring own wood) Short distance from back bays, ocean, trails, beaches and an incredible amount of tourist attractions the Cape May County area has to offer!

Tom's spot was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We have an off-grid skoolie and wanted to spend Memorial Day down in the OC/Sea Isle City/Cape May area. By far the most beautiful beaches in NJ!! Tom's place was within 25 minutes of all beaches, quiet, safe, with great energy - even though it's on a main road which grants fantastic access to everything, it felt secluded. He provided us with water whenever we asked (it was our maiden voyage and we made some rookie water usage mistakes), which was awesome. He also gave us great pointers about when to leave to miss out on holiday weekend traffic northbound. Our trip home was smooth as silk. The clear night sky gave us a real show and we loved the fire pit. Plus our pup had the best time roaming free and happy. So good we already booked out 4th of July - can't wait to go back!
