Located in beautiful and tranquil Southwest Michigan. 2Chicks And A Farm is a small working farm on 20 acres. 15 minutes from South Haven and the lake. 30 minutes from the city of Kalamazoo. And just under an hour from Grand Rapids. About half of the 20 acres is wooded. Quarter houses our goats, poultry, pigs, and dogs and produce. Then the rest is open. We’re offering camping on what I call ‘The Pasture’. It’s the grassy space between the house and animals and the woods. You are welcome to collect eggs for breakfast and fresh produce from our gardens (additional fee). Use the BBQ or smoker. And even join in on farm chores if you are so inclined. Must respect local mandated quiet hours (10-7 Sun through Thur, and 11-7 Fri and Sat).

The site was easy to get to. Julie was a great host and made sure we got to our site. She was also great with our kiddos. They loved the farm and all the animals-it’s one of the main things they’ve talked about since getting home. The breakfast was delicious!!

Lucy The Yurt

Great setup for novice campers!

Had an awesome time! The yurt was very clean and grounds were well kept. The cot beds were surprisingly comfortable. Great setup for people like myself who have limited experience camping. Julie was a great host! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Camping w animals, enough said!

Julie was an incredible host with a beautiful property with all of her animals mirroring the beauty of her land! The breakfast is excellent as are the homemade jams and salsa's they offer. If you enjoy walking around and seeing everything from chickens go into a large pine tree to geese laying next to that same tree to pigs and goats, cats and dogs, then this is definitely the place for you. All the animals are incredibly nice (but remember to be respectful, you're on their land.) We've been telling our friends and family about this spot and it's located less than 15 minutes from South Haven, super convenient, beautiful property and an amazing host. We plan on returning in the future and cannot recommend this location enough!

HIGHLY recommend!

camping at 2 Chicks and a Farm was FANTASTIC! absolutely will come back. Julie was amazing and cooked us a delicious breakfast, gave us a tour of the farm, let us feed the pigs and was very gracious with our 5 month old puppy. beautiful campsites, too! wish we could’ve stayed longer.
