Sleeping with the sounds of nature
The yurt was an excellent getaway for a few days. I was in Maui for a friend's wedding and decided to spend the first few days on my own. The farm was a great place to tuck myself away and recharge. I got a little turned around on the property when I arrived, but I was able to call and get walked through the directions very quickly, they were so helpful and kind! The yurt was very secluded and clean. For some reason I didn't realize that half of the wall was a screen, but it was a nice surprise to be able to listen to the sounds of nature. It sounded like I was on Endor and made it even more magical. There is a kitchen sink, full fridge, a toaster over/coffee maker, a tea kettle and some kitchen supplies. The shower behind the yurt was nice and hot and if I were able to stay longer I would have tried the tub! The portapotty was also very close by and clean, although I will say do a quick glance first because I shared it with a cane spider and gecko and it made me jump, but we reached a mutual agreement to not bother each other lol. A nice hub to visit Pāʻia, Haleakalā and Road to Hana. Baked on Maui is also very close so don't forget to grab a cinnamon roll there!

Jungle Glamp tent
Simple, sweet, cozy, prime location
This was a cozy nest for an evening on Maui and in a great location. Quiet, clean and close to good meals. It was short drive to beach and good base camp for our afternoon trip up to visit Haleakala National Park to hike, explore nature centers and watch the sunset. We were the first guest and the host was super responsive to my many questions and attentive to details. Bed was comfy and the fan kept us cool. As a camper who likes to make my own meals, it would have been helpful to have a table and simple kitchen supplies, but if you want to eat out, there is plenty close by. I was offered a shower which is a big plus as a rinse after snorkeling and hiking makes a world of difference. Simple spot, super cozy, imagine with their attentiveness and receptivity it will continue to evolve quite sweetly. I would stay again if I visit the island so long as the shower is open and a table for meals appears.

Honeycomb Hut
We stayed 3 nights in the yurt and found it to be a wonderful experience. Very comfortable king bed, plenty of kitchen items, full fridge and small toaster oven. No bugs! Loved the natural setting and very private. Quite comfortable sleeping. Outdoor shower had hot water with good pressure. Very clean portable toilet. Would definitely stay again. Haiku town is small and quiet which is what we like.

Honeycomb Hut
What a special place. it felt like being in jungle; you hear everything from crickets, chickens, doves, and dogs. This is glamping and was a great way to end our trip. Plenty of hot water.

Cabin
I actually stayed in the cabin. Peaceful. Great location. Next to the road to hana. Market down the street. The only thing that was a little bit of a bother was the insects. Spiders, mosqitoes and ants. Wish there was a stove or grill. Theres a fridge and oven. You can walk around the property. Lots of plants. It was relaxing.

Perfectly Peaceful
The Honey Hut was absolutely perfect for what we wanted coming from our loud life of Waikiki, Oahu. So peaceful, quiet and just what we wanted for us (two people). I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else other than in Haiku (Up Country - close to Hana HWY). We would absolutely stay here again. Mahalos!
