Planted pine, orchard, untouched wetlands, walking trails, planted fields for wildlife viewing. Quiet and peaceful escape. Close to several state parks, including Torreya, Three rivers, Seminole, Florida Caverns, and Lake Talaquin forest. At this time I can host 1 RV or camper with full hook ups, 3 RV sites with power, water and 1 boondock (no power/water) site but large enough for an off-grid/self-sustainable RV. I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

Center Line

Right side up at The Outside Inn

Right side up at the Outside Inn! We drove in at night, down a long, dark driveway to an amazingly peaceful spot in the woods. William lit up the barn for us so we had plenty of light to get set up and find the restroom, which is under the back of the pole barn. The restroom is nice and clean and the property is well kept. We only stopped in for the night in our way passing through but would definitely return.

White Duck 20ft Glamping tent

Nice, quiet get away for the weekend! Will was super helpful and responsive when we ran into some issues with electricity. The bell tent was perfect for us and our pup. We would definitely stay here again!

Full hookups

We loved hooking up our travel camper at Outside Inn Tree Farm! William was only a text message away during our stay. We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the camp. We appreciated having a place to gather for grilling and socializing. The grounds are beautiful and reflect the care and concern of the land owner. We would definitely camp here again!🌟

Center Line

First time hipcamping -awesome!!

The site was beautiful and it had a washer and dryer plus a covered area to visit with friends and eat our dinner. Several trails and lots of birds. WiFi was available. Our host checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.We used the grill to cook dinner. The location was only about 30 minutes from the St Park Fl. Caverns. I would stay there again and again.
