This 150 acre slice of heaven contains an isolated private perennial stream that has run the last two years from January to July. Located at 1200 feet above sea level, The temperature in Dulzura remains nice year round. There are many Oaks, Sycamores, Eucylptus, Pepper and Pine Trees on the property. The fire road has been cleared to the top of the grade and a slight ocean view is available down the Otay Valley Road view line for hikers of mountain bike enthusiasts. A winery is located across the valley we are only 1/8 mile from the General Store of Dulzura. An hour to downtown San Diego and you feel like your in Julian when tucked away in the valley.

Ranchers Hillside With Tents
Hilltop site was awesome! 360 views, several trails to hike even, and a nice breeze to compensate for the less shade. I will 100% be returning to this site in the future.

The location was quiet and secluded. Loved listening to the creek at all night. Philip took care of us.

Miners Hillside Car Camp With Tents
I really liked tent camping here. The views were nice and the area in general was great. The host Philip was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The campsite did lack a little shade, but made do just fine without it.

Beautiful views and pretty private. We drove a 2WD and a little difficult getting up but philip was very helpful!

Definitely check it out!
Great site!! Philip was a killer host, super nice dude. There’s plenty of gorgeous property to explore. The spot was nice and secluded, quiet and calm at night. We had a blast and so did our dogs!!

South Creek Car Camp With Tent
Loved our time camping on Philips land! Philip was great and stopped by to bring us water and let us know about a couple different places we could hike and explore on his land. There were a few sites nearby but there was enough greenery we still felt tucked away and hidden. Would recommend!
