Welcome to our DreamBuilder's Oasis... a simple overnight spot, with extra add-on's available including plugging in your 4 prong 50 amp plug but limited to 20 AMP service on two lines, access to water, and a spot to dump your tanks if you are so inclined. We've got two acres of grass in the back yard. Plenty of room to stretch your legs and go for a walk along the tree line after a long drive. Motion lights provide security at night. Two local family owned pizza shops, a hair salon, turkey hill convenience store / gas station, and an auto mechanic on the corner, a short 4 minute walk, less than 1/4 mile away. Community park and playground is a short 5 minute walk. Being in an agricultural community, DreamBuilder's Oasis offers excellent star-gazing and satellite watching opportunities year round, then the clouds clear out (weather dependent). Sunsets from the Gazebo are stunning when the weather cooperates. Easy access to tourist points in Lancaster PA, Amish tours, Outlet shopping experiences, as well as Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square PA, the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival (Sept) and Mushroom Drop (New Years Eve) along with a plethora of fine winery experiences throughout Southern Chester County. Movie theaters are a 30 minute drive. Putt Putt Mini-Golf and Bowling are 14 minutes down the road into Oxford, PA. Multiple golf courses and country clubs are available within a 15 to 25 minute drive in several directions. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Quaint Small Town Camp Spot

We were looking for a quick overnight spot. This was just the place on our travels. Super nice host who was happy to work with us. They got us all set up with power. Kind enough to work with us since we actually had small vehicle campers. A stones throw from an amazing pizza place. Within walking distance you'll find another pizza place and a Turkey Hill. The open fields look amazing for tent camping. They actually made room for us in their jobsite storage parking due to all the rain the previous week. The grass spot would have definitely made it feel like you were out camping, but we were also very appreciative for the accommodation. This Hip Camp is in a small town close to a main road and fire department. Once in a while you may hear a few trucks. Happy Camping

The Ole Orchard walk In Tent Sites

Drew and Tracey were very kind. The property is beautiful and the gazebo was very pleasant to read in.
