Seclusion awaits you on this 40-acre property nestled in a park-like setting on an active farm with sheep and cows. As you explore, you'll often spot turkeys and deer freely roaming the land.
Choose your camping spot tucked away in a treed meadow, where the soothing sound of Mill Creek flows directly behind you, offering over a half-mile of river access for fishing or recreation. Just off old HWY 12, affectionately dubbed the wine highway, numerous wineries dot the landscape, with town just minutes away.
This property offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of camping in the trees and the convenience of nearby amenities.Site 1 is currently the only site on 40 acres. A long gravel driveway takes you away from any road noise and back to the sounds of Mill Creek flowing behind you. You may park on the gravel or if the weather is good you can park back on the grass in the meadow to really get away. There are no amenities to this property so you will need to pack it both in and out. This is an excellent property to bring you RV and be close to town without having neighbors. A corn feeder is by the big tree to the east, it goes off at both 6 am/pm. The deer/turkeys and other critters will be out investigating it around this time.
