Beautiful apple/ cherry orchard with BLM land on 2 sides. Lots of wildlife, ORV trails and more. Enjoy the peace and quiet and all that Yakima Valley has to offer. Closes by is the Beautiful city of Zilla Washington, where you can enjoy great meals at local restaurants and shopping. Come stay and play any day of the week.We currently have 27 acres of orchard and 102 acres of open land including motorcycle trails or V trails horseback riding and plenty of room for campsites. Most of the land is flat and clear with low covering grass. The property borders more than 1000 acres of BLM land. Great place to break away from the city life.

Beautiful spot
Amazing place! Probably our favorite Hip to date and a highlight of our trip. It was hard to find, but the host was extremely helpful in making sure we got there. The orchards are gorgeous and the sunset bike ride around the area felt timeless. Thanks!

Land was really beautiful. Cats were really friendly and sweet. Nice place to camp out and relax. Thank you Jeff and your wife for the wonderful camp site

Amazing campsite among various fruit trees. Very quiet, secluded, and peaceful. Honestly one of my favorite campsites ever. Good place to see the stars at night!

We had a great time staying here. Who knew an orchard would have such nice views and beauty? Be prepared with water since there’s no tap! Also, we were slightly confused by the directions because Google Maps had a pin on the wrong side of the canal.

The space was peaceful amongst the orchard with nice views of Mt. Adams. It’s a bit difficult to find but Jeffrey helped to guide us and was very responsive to questions.

This spot had incredible views and a remote feeling. So close to wineries! Jeffrey was amazing and offered a comfortable experience.
