We are walkable to the Shenandoah River, including a public boat ramp and swinging pedestrian bridge just 5 minutes away by foot. We have a firepit to make memories around, a cozy double hammock, trails to explore, and wildlife to see (so many deer!).  About the property This land has been in our family for over 50 years. Fantastic property!
Jen is a great host, reached out to us and made sure any questions were answered. The property is fantastic, secluded lot with a gate for security and trees for privacy! Access to the water is a short walk away, which we took full advantage of. Our dogs loved the place and were able to roam on the property w/o leash. There is also a newly built outhouse.

Loved the wide open space so we could park our camper at the spot we chose. The outhouse was an added bonus. We loved the beauty and quiet that surrounded us. A much needed get away where we could actually relax!

A quick stop by
Great location off of interstate 81. Grassy and quiet space. Gated entrance but tricky to get into with travel trailer. The site was off the road for privacy. We had a great time. Loved hearing the birds chirp in the morning.

Piece of heaven
We had such a great time camping on Jen’s land. Directions were very clear. Quiet spot to enjoy birds chirping. The river and suspended bridge nearby is a nice spot to hangout and fish. We definitely recommend Jen’s land!! PS bring flashlights and headlights as when the sun goes down, it gets really dark and you’re surrounded by woods, so it can get a little spooky 🤪

Really wonderful spot! It was great to let the dogs run around in the grassy area. The camp is clean and spacious with the right level of seclusion without being too far from points of interest. Thanks Jen!

Camping with kids
We loved camping on the land. The host was very responsive and her directions/instructions were very easy to follow. The maintained ans game trails were a blast for the kids. New (looked) outhouse was clean and well stocked. Town is very close for any forgotten items. Great weekend ! I recommend highly. Thank you
