A slice of paradise tucked into the hills of the valley and nestled up against the Shenandoah river with private access. Neighboring Muse vineyards, the state park and a 5 min drive to town. It's the perfect getaway and also an excellent hub to loads of fun nearby. If you're interested in renting it out privately and throwing a weekend rager, let me know. It's perfect for that. Or if you just prefer the sound and serenity of nature, also perfect. Mid September is when the PawPaw's are ripe and readily falling from the trees, booking during these times grants you access to the one of nature's best kept secrets, the Paw Paw fruit. You won't find them in stores but you can graze for them here. They make a delicious second breakfast Come enjoy. I'm always in the process of making and clearing more campsites around the property. For anyone interested in earning a little extra stay time please ask about helping me clear and working for some compensated time. As everyone who contributes something will be earning a place here in the heart of the farm. It's magical and I hope to share the magic with all who wish to behold. All walks of life are welcomed. Please be kind to the Earth.**Ask me about a FREE stay** Slice of paradise tucked away in the hills running along side the shenandoah river. Open field with some clusters of trees. Easy access to river and low water bridge for tubing. Across the river from Muse Vinyards, a short walking distance for nice vino. About staying for free... Currently, I am cleaning up the river bank and could use some extra help, for those who may be interested ask me upon your initial request. I am definitely willing to compensate for any efforts given. The river bank has been overgrown in areas for quite some time and just needs some TLC.

We had a great time staying at the farm. Beautiful spot right next to the river. Got a little lost trying to find it, but Trevor was very responsive and helped us find the right place. Would recommend!

Great!!!
Easy to find. Land and accommodations were perfect for our needs — a quick weekend escape from city with our two giant dogs. Host was especially kind and helpful. Very peaceful. Had a great time!!!

So peaceful ✌️
Trevor's property has 3 sites to choose from. It's first come first served. We had the site in the middle which I think had the easiest access to the river. The other 2 sites were a good distance away, far enough that we couldn't hear each other. The site was very nice and cozy. There was a fire pit and fire wood. It's very close to Seven Bends State Park. The only thing I would say about the directions is to let people know that if you made it to the bridge then you've gone too far. Other than that it was perfect. We will def go again.

Camping immersed in fall foliage
We absolutely loved camping on Trevor’s land! He told us that it’s been in his family for a long time, and we was so glad to share it with others. The directions that he gave were super straightforward and made it easy to find. It’s not far off the main roads but it felt so secluded and peaceful! We were able to explore the Shenandoah River and the state park from the campsite and walk to the vineyard just a 15 minute walk away. We absolutely loved it here and would love to visit again in the summer months!
