The property, located north of Burlington on Lake Champlain, spans 1.2 acres and features a large grassy lawn facing westerly towards the Adirondack mountains, offering breathtaking views of Lake Champlain and surrounded by woods. Enjoy exclusive access to our private beach for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Relax by the fire pit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake, or unwind on the large deck leading down to the water. Please note that access to the beach requires navigating stairs, and we recommend using water shoes for comfort on the small rocky beach. Our beach is shared by us and our apartment tenant. Additionally, we have two outdoor cats, two small rescue dogs, and friendly free-ranging chickens adding to the charm of the property. In fall 2023, we constructed an RV parking pad for our Airstream, offering stunning direct lake views. The pad is equipped with 30-watt electricity and fresh water for your convenience.The site is a gravel drive in and back out pad located off the end of the paved driveway. Around the pad is a grassy lawn. Behind the pad is a chicken coop. Towards the lake is a private fire pit with four Adirondack chairs and a firewood bin. There is a path and stairs leading down to the lake and private gravel beach.

Secluded Pad On Lake Champlain

Happy, Tranquil, & Magical Memories

Amanda and Martin’s property is a special and magical place where chickens roam, dogs happily wag their tails, and strangers become friends. Soooo many things went well! The pad for the RV is level. There is electricity (I think 30 amp- that’s our RV’s req) and water hook up. Speaking of water, this place is a perfect slice of heaven!! It has its own access to the lake! Super tranquil and happy. Like you can learn how to skip stones like yours truly for the first time and share that experience with your kids as they also try to skip stones. The host and the hostess are the kindest, most interesting, and most thoughtful folks we met. They respected our privacy and made us feel super welcome at their delightful property! We stayed for only two nights but are already planning a different time to go back for another adventure and say hi to the puppy dogs and chickens. Thank you soooo much for an unforgettable experience!! Please visit us when you are in our state :)
