Nature and wildlife mixed with fun and relaxation, Bee Mountain Resort is truly a one-of-a-kind property! Private, spacious and beautiful, we are blessed with 1.5 miles of sandy beaches along Brazos River and the road coming here dead ends at our front gate. Customers are usually groups of friends & family; many having camped here for years. A few even claim to have grown up on the river and, to some extent, that might be true. Bee Mountain Resort is a secluded off-the-grid campground that's been around since the '70s. And it's pretty well known to the locals. I first discovered the Brazos River in 1985 when looking for great water to ski on. And since that time, I've developed many great memories here. I would describe our ranch as classic and old school. Change comes pretty slow here.....and we like it that way. Family, friends, kids & pets all love our amazing getaway. A rare gem best shared with good people. Each and every campsite is located directly on the river and all of them are huge. Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from our deep well, clean restrooms and a camper dump station are located on the premises. We are very pet friendly providing your pet is friendly.

RiverCamp Eagle's Ridge 1 (RV/Tent)
Perfect views and hospitality
The land here was simply beautiful. The wildflowers, the weather, the river views, the hospitality… all wonderful. Wish the sites were a bit more private but we made it work. Our family had simply the best weekend. There was no cell service and honestly, that’s probably the best selling point. No choice but to unplug and enjoy the beauty! Highly recommend. We will be back.

Great river camping!
The tent only site was awesome!! It was so nice being right on the river and hopping in to cool down! Really nice open site with friendly neighbors and the restrooms were clean! We’ll definitely return here!!

RiverCamp (Tent Only)
This site was great! Having a separate grill and firepit was a nice luxury, campsites were very large allowing campers to choose to camp right near the river, or further back towards the woods was nice, and the restroom situation was very nice as well. I do wish the sites were a little wider to put some additional space between neighbors, but the sites were still much wider and substantially larger than most state park campgrounds. It was also very easy to find flat, level ground for the tent which is a bit of a luxury. Other nice touches were the services and staff. Everyone we spoke with was very kind and helpful. Firewood might seem a little pricey, but they do give you a very large amount AND deliver it directly to your campsite. All in all, it's appropriately priced due to the amount of wood you get. The delivery is a fantastic bonus. Overall, I would certainly recommend and return to this site.

RiverCamp (Tent Only)
Pretty group of tent sites by river
This is a beautiful location for a short break. It was a quiet spot on a river bend full of mature trees. Clean bathrooms (up some steps) and a friendly host. Every spot has a nice fire pit, picnic table, and great views. I will say, I thought the tent sites were rather close together - maybe 50-70 feet between our fire pit and the next two over (guessing here). But overall a great experience. The wood is a great deal, you get a ton.
