Learn more about this land: A large 2 acre pond you are free to fish in. A small row boat with life vests is provided. We recently added two kayaks! Large mouth bass and sunfish/bluegills mostly. Down a lane about 1/3 mile, large field, by the woods. No hookups, No electricity, No neighbors very private! Large field for pets to romp. We are very flexible on check-in and check-out times. Appreciate spot for peace

We love Yvonnes beautiful piece of Paradise. This is our third year coming here and it's the only place we camp! Fishing, campfires, beautiful sunsets and privacy. What more do we need?

Love the place! Great pound and wide open land. It’s very nice to have the place all by yourself. There is phone reception good enough to stream some audio. Would be back when the weather is better!

Private and picturesque!! I think it was one of the happiest days of my dogs life. They loved it. I would recommend this and I would return. Just beautiful!

Paradise By The Pond

We usually camp in wooded areas, but made an exception here as our goal in this quick late fall trip was car camping right next to easy fishing. A few pretty good size bass, and a ton of pumpkinseed (and other) bluegill of varying sizes, and it was a success for adults and kids. Rowboat and kayaks were a nice add on, and always appreciate an actual passable toilet when camping. Will likely use again in future, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing lathe pond (mini lake?) fishing and car camping trip.

Paradise By The Pond

Country peace!

Truly a beautiful location. The pictures do not capture how stunning the scenery is. We could see so many stars too. The weather was too windy and chilly so we did not spend as much time at the site as we would have liked. Yvonne was quick to respond to any questions and provided an easy to follow map to the site. Traditions Restaurant up the road had good food and we enjoyed the Bedford Festival and the area scenery. We will have to return in the spring!
