Quiet spot on five acres for artists, writers, creatives, makers, and travelers. Full hookups. Spot faces main house and is accessed from the driveway. Not secluded from owner but secluded from everyone else. Mostly madrone forest with plenty of sun and trails leading into BLM forest land. Gated driveway off private road 5 miles off of i5. Great well water and fast internet.RV hookups are across from the main house, about 80 feet away. Privacy could be added using temporary screening. House is occupied by a writer/professor and two small kids. Quiet, chill family. One dog on site. Spot is 300 feet from shared driveway for neighborhood. Traffic is light. We hike every day on the BLM land in our back yard.
