Our house and RV site are 10 minutes from all things Bend. We are located south of town on .5 acres. The RV site is on the side of our front yard, sheltered by Ponderosa, Juniper and Aspen trees. Although we have neighbors, the location is across from a number of uninhabited acres of high desert. Within a 10 minute drive, you'll have access to mountain biking trails, hiking trails, the Deschutes river, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Downtown Bend, the Old Mill District, and a ridiculous number of breweries and excellent restaurants. The RV site itself is a back-in grassy spot, shaded by trees, with both water and electrical hook-ups. This is the perfect spot for those seeking a base camp to explore all that Central Oregon has to offer. For reference, the RV in the photos is 27 feet from hitch to bumper, and there is room to spare for longer RVs.***There is some road noise. As Bend grows, so does, unfortunately, the traffic on the road behind our property.Roll up in your RV/Camper Van/Pop-Up Tent Trailer and enjoy the lush green grass and shade from old growth Ponderosa, Juniper and Aspen trees. Across the street is unoccupied high desert land, where deer sightings are almost a daily occurrence. Chill on the grassy lawn and enjoy a locally bought beer from the numerous breweries within a ten minute drive or bike, and rest and rejuvenate for the next day's adventures. We are a 10 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from Downtown Bend, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, the Old Mill District, Deschutes River access and numerous mountain biking and hiking trails. *There is some road noise that occurs. As Bend grows, so does, unfortunately, the traffic on the road behind our property.

Excellent situation for visiting the High Desert Museum and downtown Bend. Trip’s communication was quick and straightforward and the site was perfect for our C class. Highly recommended!

Great shady area
Beautiful grassy area. Private. Hosts were pleasant and easy to coordinate with. A bit of street noise, but you’d get that most places in a city as active as Bend. We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot in Bend away from crowds
Everything was as expected and beautiful as pictured. We came in late so a little tough to get our 25' trailer in the spot but only because it was dark and I was being extra careful. Electric was specified but not the amperage so I did not run my air conditioner for fear of tripping the breaker. The extension cord was plenty long enough to reach my trailer without having to extend my trailers' cord. Nice and level so we did not have to block up the wheels or unhook the trailer so it made setting up and pulling out in the morning very easy. The supplied hose was not an RV drinking water hose so I attached my own to the wall spigot. I had messaged the owners regarding our old dog being with us, not wanting to disturb their dogs. They replied instantly and kindly. This is a great grassy, landscaped spot in Bend. Most others nearby are in the dirt. We appreciated it after an 8hr drive from CA. There is some road noise nearby but nothing offensive. 100% recommend! Thanks! Chris, Lynda, and Kona
