This Bed and Breakfast farm offers two sites convenient from Interstate 84, the NYS Thruway Interstate 87, and Route 17/Interstate 86. Site 1 is a leveled stone pad easily accessible off the paved driveway, in front of two rustic barns where campers enjoy 30 amp electric service and a picnic table. Sites 2, 3 and 4 are in a private field (w/o service) each including a picnic table and fire ring. There are 40 acres of walking trails, and miles of adjacent rail trails for hiking/mountain biking from your site. Visit Brotherhood winery, breweries, Storm King Art Center, Lego Land, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, Resorts World Casino, and more.

Site 3 Open Field Table Fire Ring
We had such a great time staying on the land at the Dominion House b&b. We were the only ones there at the time we stayed and it was so peaceful and private. Beautiful land with great views of the trees and some fun wildlife to watch. The property connects to some trails too which we’re a nice touch

Site 3 Open Field Table Fire Ring
Beautiful and quiet. The hosts were more than helpful and get back to you ASAP when needed, not to mention friendly and kind. I got stuck in the mud a couple of times and got bailed out faster than Triple A, even though I think highly of them as well. Great and secure area. I’ll be returning when the next time permits.

We had a great weekend stay camping here. The site was lovely, had enough privacy, the hosts were friendly and there were nice hikes nearby.
