I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cole Ranch, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations! This campsite is a true gem for anyone who loves being close to nature, especially if you're into water activities like kayaking and canoeing.

Blackberry Briar RV Park
Thank you Barry for being such a wonderful host. The campsite was beautiful, my 8 yo son loved to play in the river with friends he made at the campsite. It was just a heavenly place that we both release our energy from our busy daily life.

Pet friendly!
The river was absolutely gorgeous, Barry and his wife were extremely helpful and gracious hosts. Dogs are welcome and they have canoes to use in the river. Will definitely come back!

River's Edge Premium RV Site 5
Great spot for fishing/relaxing
We just had a very enjoyable weekend stay (April 19-21) at Cole Ranch. Barry and Chrissy were excellent hosts, making sure we had everything needed. The setting is beautiful, along the Toulumne River, and there is a gentle bank for access—you can fish right at your campsite. The sites were actually grass lawn, a rarity for CA, which is much nicer than gravel, mud, etc. The bathroom / shower facilities were very clean with running water and flushing toilets. One slight caveat is that the hot water comes from a solar hose on the roof, so afternoon showers work best. There are two canoes and some assorted water toys, all free of charge. There is also a communal kitchen / cooking area with several BBQ grills, a sink with running water, and even a coffee setup with Mr. Coffee, filters, coffee cups and coffee. This arrangement is particularly helpful if you are tent camping, which most other guests were doing. (We were in a small RV, dry camping.) All sites have potable water, and most have electricity. An added bonus is a nearby man-made waterfall (irrigation overflow) just downstream that gave a nice constant background of white noise. Overall, a great experience and we will stay here again.

River’s Edge Campsites
Gem property & even better hosts
My new favorite place! Not only are the grounds stunning but the hosts are absolute gems. We stayed for a weekend and have no complaints. Very clear river, lots of birds, everything you could imagine in car you forget something and just absolute peace. I will be back and soon.
