My son and I had a great time camping at Kristina and Kevin's place. The hosts were very accommodating. They even drove us up river to kayak back to camp. Overall very friendly, family fun type of stay. Not a very private setting, but great opportunity to make new friends!

Highly recommend staying here
My friends and I had such an amazing experience at this campsite! The owners were super friendly and generous. We were offered food, wifi, a ride around the property in their golf cart and a ride to the entrance of the river so we could tube downstream and arrive back at our campsite. The owners are very family oriented and helpful as well. They even started our fire for us when we were struggling to make one. I felt very welcomed there and felt like we were apart of the family for a weekend. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time and I can’t recommend this campsite enough. We will definitely be going back in the future!

The river view scenery was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. The host were amazing checking if we needed our fire started or wood. Activities for kids to do. Dog friendly. Portapottys were clean and taken care of. Great place to come camping with family. Not to far from things in town.. Will go again.

Puppy friend!
I had such a great time at River Daze. All of the campsites are directly along the river which was beautiful to wake up to. Our hosts graciously drove us to a good spot to launch off, and let us borrow their kayaks for a little float down the tobacco River that brought us right back to our campsite. Louie, the family chocolate lab was just a joy! The host was quick to respond to any of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we could possibly need. I highly recommend this site for a nice relaxing getaway from reality.

Kayak from the campsites!
The campsites are along a river in a very quiet area with a slow stream easy to kayak and navigate. Approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Midland where the Alden Dow national historic register home iand studio and many other buildings can be seen and enjoyed. Also close to the paved rail trail for great biking! Great location to camp and relax.
