Double M Ranch is non working 4 acres with spectacular views of Mt Garfield and the Bookcliffs. Mountain Biking, hiking, rafting, paddleboarding, OHV riding and wineries just minutes away. Wake up to beautiful sunrises each morning and also enjoy the evenings alpenglow. 30 amp electric. Water hookup. Wildflowers and prairie grass will be growing soon.Park your RV on a historic property and enjoy our views of Mt Garfield. Minutes from downtown GJ and outdoor activities galore. RV site is located at the back of our property which is also our private home and shop. Pets allowed, 2 dog maximum and must be kept on leash at all times. Also pets must be disclosed upon booking. Water hookup and 30 amp service available at RV site. Propane fire pits allowed, but NO open fires. No car camping or tents. Max 2 vehicles (not including RV or travel trailer).

This was our second time staying. We sat at the picnic table, drank wine and ate cheese and crackers while looking at the amazing mesa views. Very private and relaxing. Will make this our spot when we come to GJ.

Calm Camper Van Home Base Recharge
Beautiful private spot, with water and electricity. Great prompt communication with the host (warm welcome) and easy to find. Overlooks mountain ridge line. Nice picnic table for outdoor cooking and relaxing.

Great Colorado hosts
Had a great peaceful and quiet three day stay at Kelly & Chris ranch. The dogs loved the long walks on the trail. They’re site easily accommodate our 40 ft Class A motorhome. If your visiting Grand Junction and Palisade Colorado this is a great place to stay.
