The back screened in great room is a great spot to spend an evening. The cabin includes the use use of the Waterfront outdoor kitchen Cabana. Guests love staying here "If you don't like peaceful surroundings and beautiful sunsets and a host that truly goes out of his way to accommodate all your needs then I would avoid this place. People are always amazed when they drive down my road that it’s in Englewood Florida.The entire area is horse country! Extremely private, quiet and beautiful! Reserved for vacationers with RV’s from 26 to 38 foot. I live on the property and I have two horses, Koda And Lacey ,one dog Uschi And a Cockatiel named Cowboy. The horses have free roam of the property, and there will be manure on the property. It will be cleaned up regularly. The business Amazing Tails doggy daycare & Boarding is also located on the property. I only take care of 6 to 8 dogs at a time. If you have a dog, you’re welcome to use the facility. You will be given the combination to the gate once you are a member of our family. Use the code to enter and exit the property. The monthly fees include 50 amp electric and municipal water. A septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the ground do not release sewer water on the ground Releasing sewer water on the ground will result in immediate eviction. Campsites must be free of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval Quiet time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet, peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours. There is a washer and dryer on the property. There are only 2 sites on the lake filled with ducks, cranes, Blue herons and 3 turtles. And before you ask, there are No Allegators!! No, why is that wrong? You’ll be in the country yet close to all the modern conveniences and the beaches!

Lots of ventilation, it has a sleeping loft and the living room space can easily be converted into a bedroom by combining the seating. Blankets, pillows are available but if you wish to bring your own, you are definitely welcome.. There will be a prayer/wish book and jar to set your intentions,, drawing pad, pencils, books to read, tv that can be connected to your iPhone. There’s also a tea/coffee station along with a small table and chair for you to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee while plugging your laptop/phone into a port provided. The outside will have a hammock, table and chairs with umbrella and another set in front of the house by the prayer garden. At the back of the house, there’s a small washing machine and a clothesline. In essence, it’s an upscale glamping!

We can provide a boat taxi to Cayo Costa State Park, Cabbage Key, Sanibel or Captiva Islands! Our community has a boat ramp and pool available for additional cost.
