Awesome spot along the Blanca Mountains. All your basic needs are there. The sink didn’t work to pump water or drain so be mindful when cleaning and doing dishes. Close to the dunes, Zapata Falls and sand Dunes recreation. No telescope available sadly. Bed was super comfy.

Private, secluded, and serene
We loved this tiny house! The location is incredible for visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park, only about 20 minutes away. The amenities were great—we loved having the stove, games, the picnic table out front, and the clean portapotty outside. It was also cool to learn how the solar power worked. We thought it'd be chilly without a heater, but the loft bed was actually quite warm. I'd recommend if you're looking for a place to stay near the national park, whether you want a few more comforts in the tiny house, or one of the tent campsites also on the land, which were in great shape.

Perfect Star Gazing Outside GSDNP!
Holy cow! Adam's place is absolutely perfect. I have visited a lot of tiny homes and cabins and this one by far is my favorite.
The cabin is stocked with everything you could need for cooking, relaxing, working, reading, and cleaning. The layout is also really convenient and makes it possible to fit 4 people. I loved the desk area which was stocked with some good reads and a telescope! Now that we are talking about stars, you're going to want to get a cozy hoodie on and set yourself up outside at night to get some of the best stargazing in Colorado. If its a bit too chilly or windy for you, don't worry. There is an amazing window above your bed that I was fortunate to see shooting stars out of! Adam has thoughtfully places a star guide next to the window so you can know exactly what you're seeing.
I also have to talk about how close it is to Great Sand Dunes National Park (which is highly underrated). Drive just minutes along a gorgeous route and you'll find yourself at the gate of GSDNP. Don't forget to rent a board at Oasis + hike Zapata Falls.
Amazing stay and I will 100% be back!
