Molina Acres is on 40 acres in rural Western Colorado, primarily ranch land country. It is on the foothills of Grand Mesa, the world's largest flattop mountain which has over 200 lakes and reservoirs. Our property is comprised of a hill with native juniper and sage brush (33 acres) and 7 acres of pasture farmland. The hillside is great for hiking and spotting the occasional deer or elk. The ancient Native Americans dwelt on the hill and we have found arrowheads on the property. We have 5 "star gazing" tent sites and flat parking areas for many vehicles or RVs. A fire pit as well as a gazebo are additional amenities.

Nice views. Easy to find. Campgrounds are just a little too close to each other for my taste.

We loved camping on Carl’s land! The views were absolutely beautiful. It was an easy and scenic drive getting to the site. We would be happy to stay there again.

Campsite is in a beautiful location, but is little more than a parking spot. Porta-potties were clean and water was easy to find but we were unable to locate the bins, wifi, or picnic tables.

in the middle of great views, formations, and profound silence. cool food and supply store nearby in mesa. to ask for more would be impertinent.

Camping, Views and Clean Facility
I love camping at the Molina center! We definitely used the available areas to the fullest! The center had no event during Labor Day weekend and we took advantage of using the gazebo and playing with our dog on the turf field! The portapotties were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen!!! We didn’t have to check in with anyone and found our spot very easily right behind the center. The views were incredible, we stayed at Prairie Dog but I’d recommend Eagle for the best view and Beaver for the most secluded. Unfortunately no running water as the listing suggest so bring your own or stop at the cute grocery store when you first pull on to the road. We were also greeted by a man who we assumed maintains the property, he was very nice and asked us if we needed anything! Highly recommend this property for the peace and quiet!
