Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at select sites.
This is 4 arce hidden gem in the heart of fabulous Fruita. We 1 spot with full power and water hookup. 2 RV pull in spots with access to water, and RV dump station, endless tent camping. Our property is 2 mins from downtown Fruita, ie. Camillas Cafe, Hot Tomato, Copper Club, and just as close is the river trail that feeds the kokopellis trails in Loma, and we are at the corner of 18 Road and Ottley ave. Also little salt wash park is at the back of the property, it has disc golf and walking trails.

Spot #4 Tent camping
Large plot of gravel driveway. Thicker sleeping pads will be more comfortable. Some of the rocks are a bit pointy ;). The young man who greeted me was very friendly and the night was quiet.

Would consider other options...
This was a very unusual Hip Camp experience; one that I would not recommend. The camp site booked (#1) was advertised as having water and sewer, but the site didn't have either without use of 75 feet of hose and cable. The host was put off that I would expect the advertised services (which I was paying for) to be provided at the actual camp site and after explaining twice that I was not carrying 75 feet of cable; offered use of a 50 foot power cord. The site area designated for use (Campsite #1) by campers now has a tree with branches overhanging less than 8 feet, so parking anytime taller than a car was not possible- leaving the available space for a camper as directly beside the host's own camper (directly meaning 36" space from my front door to his camper). An advertised RV dump site on premises was blocked by host's own equipment, who made no effort to move equipment so that the dump could be used. The green field space advertised in the listing had not been mowed this year, so our view consisted of either an overgrown lot, with high weeds (3 feet high) or a Class A motor home with an attached trailer. The location is convenient and close to key areas of Fruita, but that's the only plus.

Cute spot
Nice and convenient to shops and restaurants. Right next to their beautiful house. A great place for a stop over to break up a drive.

I stayed in eight Hipcamp locations over the past several weeks, and this one felt bit over priced, otherwise ok for a night. Not far from highway and CO National Monument.
