Lake Jennifer site 1 for a reason!
Beautiful area of Alabama, driving distance to Mentone (Wildflower Cafe, Farmer’s Market), well kept site and facilities. This camp site was SO spacious and had great privacy. The summer bullfrog sounds kept us up a little bit, but that’s just city folk for you!

Camping with the dogs!
We loved tent camping here! The dogs had a blast too. The property is so serene. We will be visiting again in the future!

Secluded Creek at Woodybrooke Site
Gorgeous campsite—if you want a quiet, private spot, this place is excellent. One thing to keep in mind is mosquitos—this is a wooded site by a creek and down a hill—my thermacell did almost nothing, lol. During colder weather, this would be great but it was rough on a warm, wet weekend :)

Lake Jennifer Star Gazing site 2
Great stay:)
This was a beautiful campsite! Our site (site 2) was fairly isolated and it really felt like we were in our own little world. Keep in mind that there is little to no service and our site had no electricity. The lake was beautiful and the barn cat Sol was the sweetest boy ever! He hung out with us two of the three nights we were there and loved getting pet. There were a LOT of ticks, which may just be standard for the area. Make sure you bring tick protection and tick check every night. Overall, I would definitely recommend this site- Theresa and co. were very accommodating.

Lake Jennifer Waters edge site 3
This was my first experience using HipCamp. Theresa’s campground was a wonderful experience! We camped out in our 10 person cabin and had plenty of space. The campfire pit, picnic tables, and pond access was perfect! We kayaked, enjoyed the sound of nature, and made some delicious food thanks to the firewood we were able to purchase 😊 I loved how the campsites were spread out so it felt like you had the whole place to yourself for the most part. 10/10 recommend this place!

Lake Amy Private Star Gazer Site 10
Will definitely visit again!
The campsite was exactly as described and very easy to get to. It offered a great deal of privacy. The community kitchen was super cute and well thought out. The landscape was gorgeous! My only true advice on this particular site would to make sure you bring the bug spray! Theresa does mention it in her listing which reminded me to bring it so thank you!
