Hill River
A Gem in Western Australia
During our three-week adventure across Western Australia, Loveland Farmstay was the highlight of our accommodations. This gem was easy to locate via Google Maps, and it also provided the perfect camp spot for our large campervan. The warmth and hospitality extended by Ken, the host, and the caretaker of the property, made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Ken took the time to educate us about the local kangaroos and even provided us with food to feed the less shy ones that roamed freely around our campsite. In the evening, he went out of his way to set up a campfire and assisted with our barbecue, which made it a true Australian outback experience. One of the unforgettable highlights was ofcourse the kangaroos; being able to feed them in the afternoon and waking up to find them lingering near our camp was truly magical. Additionally, a stroll through Ken's expansive property offered glimpses of more wild kangaroos in their natural habitat. The night sky at Loveland Farmstay was another breathtaking aspect. For anyone planning a trip through Western Australia, I highly recommend making a stop at Loveland Farmstay. It's not just a place to stay; it's an amazing experience that connects you with the beauty and wildlife of the area.

Accacia
Huge property, very private.
Ken is very accommodating and flexible on requests. Communication is quick and smooth. The roos are very friendly but too much at times they invade the camp site. Watch out for ticks.
