At Lemon Tree Lane we accept one group at a time, so you are guaranteed space, peace, privacy and security. Situated on a five-acre property is a shady, green grassed, and flat camping/caravan area with easy access. The garden has an abundance of birdlife, while the quiet sheep amble around the back paddock happy to have a chat at the fence. Lemon Tree Lane is a great base from which to explore the region, with plenty to see and do in the area. The Busselton/Margaret River region is at our doorstep with easy access to the cycle path (3 mins away), the famous Busselton Jetty (8 mins away), beautiful beaches (5 mins away), and an abundance of cafes and wineries.Potable water hookup is available. Fires are permitted in season. All guests must be self-contained with their own toilet/shower facilities, and we kindly ask you to take all waste when you go. Upon booking, please do let us know what type of setup you have so that we can ensure you are offered an appropriate camping area. Our check-in and check-out times can be flexible, based on other bookings and if pre-arranged. Pets are welcome, but please just keep them on a lead. We have decided to have only a single site for your security and privacy, however, if you are traveling with other people the site is large enough to accommodate additional vans. Lemon Tree Lane

Gary and Paula have been the most amazing hosts of any hipcamp we have been to. They are rays of sunshine and so caring - always trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The camp site is beautiful with lovely lush grass, despite the recent lack of rain - and the whole area is private from the main house. There is also a laundry area available for a small fee to save you having to go into town. The location is very central to most attractions around the area, and provides a wonderful base to plan a holiday from. Absolutely recommend this hipcamp!

Highly recommended

Lovely grassed camping area with views of the garden. Quiet & private, and short drive to Busselton. Also a great spot to explore the surrounding area from. Gary and Paula are charming hosts, we will definitely visit again.

Great place for a base camp. Loved the freedom and having such a large space to ourselves. Great place, friendly hosts. Able to feed the sheep which the young fella absolutely loved!

Peace and Tranquillity

Communication from the host Gary was easy and we were met at the gate on arrival. Gary was very friendly and helped with ensuring the van was in the best spot. Lovely lawn area with shade with seating and coffee table. As there was no one booked in for the following day we were told we could have as late a checkout as we wanted. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity in close proximity to Busselton then this is the place. Would recommend and would certainly visit again if in the area. Cheers Keith and Andrea

Gary meet us at the gate and made us feel welcome. We had the whole grassed area to ourselves, very private and lots of space. Water hook up was great and there is a clothes line Gary let us use. Best off all we were so close to Busselton but completly out off the hustle and bustle The perfect place to relax and recharge
