**Please Note - Due to flooding damage last winter we lost our water supply to the bush baths and showers so they are unavailable until further notice. Please message us if unsure. Thank you for your patience.** This property has 70 acres of lush Karri forest with the original old logging trails from approximately 100 years ago, which make for beautiful nature walks. The track through the forest, for the main campsite is about 3.5m wide and and can get a little slippery so caution is needed but can be done in small and large vehicles (probably not big RV). There is open air bath and shower which is heated from an old brae-mar hot water system. There is one transportable long drop toilet near the site and a fire pit for cooking and sitting around but other from that you have to be self sufficient. There is access to drinking water.. If the campsite is unavailable or you don't won't to drive through the forest, you are welcome to set up camp on the green pasture on the hill with great views but there are NO amenities there and you would have to be completely self-contained. We are approximately a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Greens pool and Elephant Rocks beach, and about 15 minutes' drive to the town of Denmark, WA. Pets on leashes are welcome. Site 1 is a blissful retreat on a flat, grassy site, surrounded by dense forest. We loved the abundance of birds and the walk trails that Dean has created through the forest. Dean is a wonderful host, who accepts only one booking for site 1 at a time, meaning that whether you are solo or in a group, the place is yours. An additional bonus is the long drop (toilet). Thanks for an amazing getaway Dean!

Karri bliss

After using hicamps for 2 years, this was a standout location for us. Dean’s welcoming personality and great stories added to the start of our stay. Hilarious! The site is nestled on a large flat area surrounded by majestic Karri trees and views of the valley. Private, pristine it feels like you are the only people on earth. We will definitely return!

Camping in sheer bliss

Amazing land. Stargazing was absolutley epic. Situated perfectly for access to all areas around Denmark. Dean was super chill legend! Will return.

Awesome hidden gem

Amazing place to stay. We stayed in a group of 7 and two young kids. Dean was accomodating and kind the minute we got there. We will be staying again in the future.

Beauty location in a very peaceful Forrest hideaway. We were very happy staying here and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet amongst the Karri Trees. Lots of bird life to enjoy, walk trails and close to the gorgeous Williams Bay national park. We will be back!!
