Slice of Paradise!
Such an incredible spot! We had the best weekend on this little island. Really private, perfect little set up to disconnect from the rat race and enjoy the nature, the bird life was stunning. Super close to town but felt like you were miles away. Lovely hosts, they truly have thought of everything. 10 /10 would recommend. We will be sure to bookil again soon! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us 💕

We had a beautiful stay at Sommerleigh! Such a beautiful, private island that was so serene. It made just feel as though there was no one around for kilometres, even though Torquay was only a convenient 15 minute drive away. We arrived late but even so Lilly was so lovely and hospitable as she showed us around the island. Will definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed my time at this cabin on Jeff's land. The bird life was absolutely incredible. I had a fire both nights and looked at the stars - great way to relax :) Also, it feels quite secluded, but is only minutes from the surf beach. Overall, I'd recommend it.

Wonderful place, and Jeff is a great person. Fireplace in the bedroom makes cold nights very special and waking up to the trees and birds was a delicious experience.
