Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
Located on 25 acres of beautiful bushland, a chestnut tree grove and paddocks with stunning views you will find our magical retreat. There are 4 sites to choose from, all peaceful spots with an abundance of natural wildlife plus a family of deer who often visit. We are just 15 minutes drive from Mount Lofty where you can enjoy some of the many trails available and see cascading waterfalls, scenic gorges and lush fern gullies brimming with bush birds and wildflowers. There are a number of great wineries in the area all with excellent wines and local produce you can enjoy. We also have several gin distilleries. We are a short walk to Wotton's Scrub (Kenneth Stirling Conservation Park) and close to Hahndorf, Oakbank and Stirling. Campers must be self contained with their own camping toilet and water and take all rubbish with them on departure. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.Located on 25 acres of beautiful bushland, a chestnut tree grove and paddocks with stunning views you will find our magical retreat. Adelaide Hills - Magical Retreat
We have visited Deborah's land a couple of times now and we always enjoy camping there. Very serene, and a great way to connect with nature. Can't wait to head back for another relaxing weekend! A good variety of spots accessible by car or caravan, if you have a more sporty car there are spots down a slope that are also very nice.

Adelaide Hills - Magical Retreat
Perfect Location
Great location for Hahndorf & Adelaide Hills. We were the only campers there so managed to have a relatively flat site for our tent. Lots of space and the chill in the air made it perfect for an open fire using the fire pit there.

Adelaide Hills - Magical Retreat
Suitable for smaller campers 😊
Lovely spot however quite a tricky entrance for large vans, quiet undulating grounds hard to find a level spot, more suitable for small campers. Very close to Hahndorf great spot for exploring the region. Deborah was very hospitable and a great communicator Thank You 😊

Camping in the hills
We loved camping on Deborah’s land! It had great views, birds and Deborah was a lovely host. The little towns near by were great to explore.

Adelaide Hills - Magical Retreat
Would not recommend.
Deborah was very accommodating on short notice and the location to explore the area is good. Unfortunately other than that this is not worth the visit. A "magical retreat" is very far fetched. The unlevel ground makes it difficult to get a van level. Site had no veiw was next to a driveway, a road and houses. At $42 a night it's extremely overpriced.
