Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek, west of The Junction campsite, to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with off-road tyres. Off-road camper trailers are suitable for some campsites (weight and length restrictions apply) however caravans are not suitable due to the steep terrain. A portaloo is within walking distance to some campsites, otherwise your camp MUST be self-contained. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. .For safety, no arrivals after dark unless arranged prior.

Maleny - Little Bunya
Great little spot, even with a bit of rain, still a great place to relax and take some time out. Easy access sites, nice and private from other campers.

Maleny - Upper Plateau
We stayed at the Upper Plateau campsite in our roof top tent and the views were amazing! Plenty of space to spread out and relax! Will definitely be back one day!

Magical place to make memories
A stunning location! Photos really don't do this magical place justice. The drive down to sight was jaw dropping, such an awesome place to make memories with the family. Thankyou for sharing your piece of heaven with us! We will be back!

Maleny - Little Bunya
Little Bunya/The Junction
Outstanding views from most sites. If your travelling alone or as a couple highly recommend the Little Bunya site as it provides a view like no other and seclusion. Still even had phone reception. I walked down to the creek and it visited The Junction site which was a surreal camp site, in which a confluence of two running creeks met with a camp fire at the point. Unbelievably gorgeous. Sleeping there would be a dream with the sound of running water. It is VERY steep to get to these sites and you must have a 4wd with off-road tyres and good clearance. My stock Navara D40 / AT tyres managed with no problem. Carolyn was super helpful and pleasant. A must stay all-in-all.
