Experience the beauty of Kambuwal Country on the Granite Belt at our stunning 170 acre vegetable farm. Formerly known as "Mt Stirling Olives," our property now offers luxury farm stay accommodation and off-grid camping for up to 5 fully self-contained vans (power, water, sewerage, rubbish). Our camp sites are situated on the shores of our picturesque dam, providing a serene and tranquil setting for those seeking a peaceful escape. Located in close proximity to Stanthorpe, Ballandean and Tenterfield, our property is nestled amongst local wineries and produce, as well as the stunning walks of Girraween National Park and Sundown. Guests are welcome to explore our uncultivated lower paddocks, granite outcrops and natural bushland. In addition, you can now access the peak of Mount Stirling, which has only recently been opened to the public after more than half a century, allowing you to hike and relish the stunning sunsets. If you prefer a more relaxing experience, take in the scenic views from our dam-side firepits with a glass of the Granite Belt's finest. Upon booking, we'll provide you with an access code to our gate off Thorndale Road (Gate 1). There is plenty of room to park off the road at the entrance, and we're almost always available onsite at the main homestead on Collins Road to assist with any queries or provide special recommendations only a local would know.

Mt Stirling Farm Off-Grid Site 2
Off Grid camping at its finest
We loved camping on Ben’s Farm. He gave concise easy directions to find the place and get in. Came to great us that night. Told us where we could wander about and that we were free to collect some of his capsicums (which were yummy thanks Ben) and was so friendly. Such a quiet peaceful spot close to everything we wanted to see and visit. Had one other caravan there for one night but on the opposite side so never heard them. Would definitely go back here again.

Peaceful, Quiet
We loved our stay at Mt Stirling Off Grid Farm. Ben the owner was lovely, popped in to say hi, let us know where to go on the farm and where to walk up Mt Stirling. We picked a couple of capsicums to take home - so yummy. Was nice and quiet and peaceful, exactly like we wanted. Could even have a fire in the fire pits next to the dam. Close to everything we wanted to visit. We will return, thanks Ben
