Includes kindling and fire-starter. $10 It is very rewarding to be entering our 7th season of Shangri La Push. We have grown from a few meadow tent sites in 2018 to a full service campground in 2024. Shangri La Push is a private property we want to share with like-minded travelers who enjoy the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. Traffic noise is evident from La Push Rd during peak season. Check out our 2 listings. We offer 7 individual tent sites and 5 RV sites all within the beautiful 5 acres of Alder Groves. Enjoy sparkling meadows of tall grasses and majestic fir trees. The ground is level packed dirt and light gravel for tents. Campsites/RV sites each has its own picnic table and fire ring. We have 2 hot showers, one flush toilet and 2 porta potties. We are located in the great northwest, near Forks WA, 8 miles off Highway 101 on State Highway 110 (La Push Road) 5 miles from La Push. 9 miles from Forks. Forks (made famous by author Stephanie Meyer's setting here, her internationally known vampire love-story series; Twilight.) Forks is a small, yet full-service town with banks, restaurants, post office, outfitters, guide services, hardware, hospital, pharmacy and grocery stores. Just 5 miles from the Native-American Quileute Village of La Push and their amazing beaches: First, Second, Third Beach and also nearby; Rialto Beach. Second Beach is alleged to be in the top 5 most beautiful beaches in the world. Surfing, hiking, kayaking and bird-watching are some of the many activities to enjoy in the area. Keep an eye out for the Elk herd, seen often in the area.

Shangri La Push RV

This is a wonderful place! Very clean and quiet. Outhouses and an inside bathroom are easy to get to. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We had no problems and would definitely stay there again!

Shangri La Push RV

Dale and Wendy were wonderful hosts, always available when needed to provide firewood, recommendations, or advice. The campsite is a lovely quiet spot, with clean facilities. A perfect place to get away for a few days.

Serenaded by Owls

We loved our two-night stay at Dale and Wendy’s camp at Shangri La Push. We stayed on the “tent” camping side in a secluded site against the forest. Our nights were peaceful and quiet broken only by a beautiful serenade of a pair (or more) of vocal owls. Besides the lovely campsite, the toilet and shower facilities were extremely clean and well-maintained. After a day roaming the nearby beaches, the outdoor shower alone was worth the price of the stay. Dale and Wendy are lovely hosts, fun to visit with, and creative caretakers of this magical spot. We recommend this spot to our friends and fellow HipCampers and plan to return anytime we are in the area.

Very peaceful, with kind hosts. Amenities are wonderful! The area is extremely well taken care of and beautifully landscaped around trees/plants/wildlife.

Shangri La Push RV

Dale’s property was beautiful and in a great location! Checking in and out was super easy and Wendy was very helpful making sure we had all the equipment we needed to get hooked up. The spot was large and although there were other spots close by, we felt pretty private. We had a great weekend visiting the many beautiful beaches close by! There is no dump station, but the hookups worked great.
